Ayla

Adriana (aka Alya) is a Jamaican-Canadian multidisciplinary creative. She has spent most of her life writing poetry and has recently become a 3x author. Her publications have been well received by her social media following and has brought her to art markets, art festivals and even headlining one event. Her most recent publication, I come first, is an ebook designed as a 10-day journey to self reconnection. 

Beyond the art of words, Alya expresses herself through the brush and canvas. She has shared some of her art on social media and has even done a live painting.

Alya is the host of her podcast, release. Release is a digital safe space where Alya shares her Psychology knowledge & her own learnings to explore topics that help others release burdens & shame. On release, she shares about forgiving others, forgiving yourself, vulnerability, changing perspectives and much more.
